Certifications
At CLA, we believe that quality is the foundation of our work. That is why we have obtained and maintain prestigious certifications that attest to our reliability in the design and construction of stainless steel and special alloy systems for the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries.
Quality management system
Our commitment to quality began in 1996, when we obtained UNI EN ISO 9001 certification. Since then, we have continuously monitored and improved our internal processes, ensuring rigorous and internationally recognized standards.
PED Certification of pressure equipment
Since 2002, we have been operating in compliance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), which regulates the design, manufacture, and placing on the market of pressure equipment.
This allows us to manufacture tanks, reactors, heat exchangers, and pressure systems in full compliance with Directive 2014/68/EU and other applicable directives.
Welding certifications and non-destructive testing
Personnel and processes
- Non-destructive testing (NDT) performed by EN ISO 9712 Level 2-certified personnel;
- Measuring instruments are periodically calibrated and compliant with regulatory requirements;
- We are currently in the pre-certification phase for ASME Stamps “U”- “S” and 3834-2. The certification process is expected to be completed by mid-2026;
Traceability of materials used
We use austenitic steels and nickel alloys for our products.
These materials are always accompanied by the manufacturer’s EN 10204 3.1 certificate.
Our traceability system allows us to issue customers with certificates for the materials used in the manufacture of our pressure equipment and systems.
Tests, trials, and documentation
The equipment and systems we manufacture are tested in accordance with applicable directives and current regulations. We provide the following certificates with our products:
• Surface roughness
• Pressure test
• NDT test
• D.Q., FAT, SAT, I.Q., and O.Q. documentation (if required)
We would like to inform you that we are currently undergoing ASME certification.
From 2026, we will be able to supply ASME Stamps “U”-“S”. equipment certificated
Why our certifications matter
Our certifications are not just simple certificate: they are concrete proof of our method, based on:
- Continuous process monitoring;
- Strict control of materials and workmanship;
- Comprehensive validation procedures to protect customers operating in highly regulated sectors.
