CLA Fermentation systems for the food industry are designed for the safe and hygienic production of yogurt, probiotics, yeast, supplements and fermented beverages. Constructed of Stainless steel with sanitary finishes and CIP/SIP readiness, they ensure maximum process control and seamless integration into food production lines.
CLA fermenters feature Ra < 0.5 µm internal finish for easy cleaning, magnetic stirring to prevent contamination, and CIP/SIP facilities for automatic sanitization. Each system is configurable on URS to cover production needs from small batches to continuous fermentations.
