UNI EN ISO 9001 certification since 1996 for quality management system.

Design and Engineering
We follow all phases of design, starting from basic engineering to detailed execution. We develop P&IDs, layouts, operating manuals and technical documentation for each plant. Each solution is designed for maximum efficiency, safety, and traceability, adapting to the customer’s processes.

Plant construction
We manufacture equipment and plants in the workshop from Stainless steel and Special alloys, complete with all the necessary components for commissioning. Each machine is tested according to technical specifications and current regulations, ensuring quality, durability and high performance.

Automation and Control
We integrate automation and control solutions to ensure operational efficiency, traceability and safety in industrial processes.

Installation and Support
We manage the installation, commissioning and start-up of systems directly at the customer’s site, offering assistance during final testing (FAT/SAT). We provide ongoing support even after installation, with maintenance, upgrading and staff training. Our team remains a reliable reference for all after-sales needs.

Who we are

For almost 50 years we have been operating from the heart of Schio throughout Italy, specializing in the design and manufacture of machinery and equipment in Stainless steel and Special alloys for the Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Food sectors.

We have learned from the very beginning that every plant comes from a story: that of the customer. So we chose to accompany each project with an ongoing dialogue, putting our workshop and an in-house technical department equipped with advanced technologies in the field.

Our path

Certified Precision: As early as 1996 we obtained UNI EN ISO 9001 certification, followed in 2002 by compliance with the PED Directive (2014/68/EU).
Reliable welding and testing: our welders are already EN, ASNT certified and are currently undergoing the ASME certification process. Each system also undergoes a rigorous testing system that includes dimensional, pressure, roughness, and weld quality checks of both process and aesthetic quality.
In-house expertise: we handle basic and detail engineering, layout, wiring, FAT/SAT testing, commissioning and start-up in-house. We also boast a qualified team to perform routine and extraordinary maintenance services so as to enable the longevity of plants (both CLA and non-CLA), but more importantly to avoid downtime that could result in major downtime and maintenance costs.

PW-WFI preparation devices, fermenters and tanks of various sizes.
hydrogenators, Buchner filters, Reactors, TriBlenders, condensers and CIP systems.

Certifications

That is why we have obtained and maintain over time prestigious certifications attesting to our reliability in the design and construction of stainless steel and special alloys plants for the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic and Food sectors.

Quality Management System

Our commitment to quality began in 1996, when we became certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001. Since then we have been constantly monitoring and improving internal processes, ensuring rigorous and internationally recognized standards.

Pressure Equipment Certification (PED)

Since 2002, we have been in compliance with the European PED Directive (2014/68/EU), which regulates the design, construction, and testing of pressure equipment. This allows us to manufacture Reactors, tanks and pressure equipment, ensuring safety and full regulatory compliance.

Certifications on welding and nondestructive testing

Personnel and processes

Non-destructive testing (NDT) performed by certified personnel ASNT level 2;
Measuring instruments periodically checked and complying with WPS requirements.
Also coming from mid-2026 are: ASME certification (U-Stamp) and 3834-2

Evidence, testing and documentation

Dimensional and roughness certificates;

Materials certification (EN 10204)

We provide material certificates in accordance with European standard EN 10204, including type 3.1 certificates, to guarantee the traceability of steels and alloys used in our plants.

Services

Basic Engineering
We draft P&IDs, Equipment & Instrument Lists, datasheets and all technical design documentation. We work closely with the customer to ensure that each plant meets functional and regulatory specifications.

Detail Engineering
We produce professional wiring diagrams, control software, operating manuals and plant layouts. Each document is designed to facilitate the realization, installation and safe use of your plant.

Mechanical design and construction
We produce detailed mechanical drawings and specific technical dossiers for each component. We build high-quality equipment in the factory, and conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) testing before delivery to ensure performance and compliance with your requirements.

Installation, commissioning and start-up
We directly support customers during FAT, SAT and on-site start-ups. Our dedicated, qualified and trained team ensures that the plant starts up properly, reducing operational risks and plant downtime.

Quality control and testing
We carefully select materials and subject each plant to stringent testing (in addition to legal requirements) to ensure reliability and durability. Accuracy in testing is an integral part of our philosophy .

Flexibility and design support
We work both on customer drawings and with ad hoc design proposals, maintaining high standards and quick response times. This allows us to act even on complex technical requirements, offering practical and innovative solutions.

Routine and extraordinary maintenance
